We provide bookkeeping services tailored to fit each client’s specific needs. We work individually with each client to ensure they receive the best, maximum, individual service. Services include
but are not limited to: data entry of invoices, sales receipts, customer payments, vendor checks or bank debits, credit card charges, etc.; bank and credit card reconciliations; sales tax (TPT) reports; payroll services and reports; financial reports; business and personal tax returns; QuickBooks support and business reviews.

QuickBooks Accounting Setup and QuickBooks Training

This service is valuable for new or existing businesses.

We provide individual QuickBooks training designed specifically for your business.

You may come alone or bring in as many employees that you would like to be trained for your company. Learn QB software and how to maximize its benefits for your company’s needs.

These sessions start at one hour in length and can be lengthened, designed especially for your business. This also includes two months of support via email, phone or online connection for anything covered in the training.

Client Entered - QuickBooks Review

For our clients that like doing their own bookkeeping, we can review their file on a monthly or quarterly basis.

During this review we will analyze the accounting logic and data entry for accuracy. Additionally, we will perform period end accounting, reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements, preparation of sales tax (TPT) reports (if needed), preparation of payroll taxes (if needed) and present you with a Financial Report. These reports, along with business tax returns, can be taken to a bank for financing if necessary. This service is streamlined according to each client’s business needs.
